Mr. Nikhil Bedi is a Partner and Head of the Deloitte Forensic practice in India.

He holds over two decades of professional experience of which he has spent over 10 years advising varied clients including corporates, financial institutions, hedge funds and private equity funds on a wide range of Forensic services such as Business Intelligence, including Integrity Due Diligence, Counterparty Due Diligence and Senior Management Due Diligence, wPost-investment investigations, Asset tracing, operational risk mitigation engagements and also on Transactional and Vendor Due Diligences.

He has pioneered Asset-tracing and the Anti-counterfeiting solutions at Deloitte in India and has successfully launched the political risk mapping for clients looking to enter into India and Asia.

He specialises in carrying out cross-border investigations involving capital flows across jurisdictions and assists clients in pre/post-investment, investment monitoring and operational risk mitigation strategies.

Prior to joining Deloitte, he led the Corporate Intelligence team in one of the Big Four accounting firms. In the past, he was a Director with a corporate investigation and risk consulting firm where he led various investigations and intelligence engagements across South Asia. Mr. Bedi is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate in Commerce from the University of Pune.

Lt. Gen. J. S. Ahluwalia, PVSM (Retd.) is President of the 'Institute of Directors' and of the 'World Environment Foundation' (WEF).

A Post Graduate in Electronics Engineering and MBA, he had specialised in engineering support to weapon systems of the Army. He has undergone extensive training in various manufacturing concerns in France, UK, USSR and Japan. He is a Chartered Engineer and Fellow Member of a large number of foreign and Indian professional engineering and management institutions.

He has been Chairman of the 'Institution of Engineers (INDIA)', President of 'Delhi Management Association' and chairman of ‘Safety & Quality forum’ (Institution of Engineers).

Mr. Shailesh V. Haribhakti, FCA, is a Chartered and Cost Accountant, and a Certified Internal Auditor, Financial Planner & Fraud Examiner. Over decades of hands-on professional involvement, he has worked through myriad engagements which have defined the next steps at Haribhakti Group. Currently he is on the Boards of India's top performing organisations include L&T Finance Holdings Ltd., L&T Mutual Fund Trustee Ltd., Blue Star Limited, Future Lifestyle Fashions Ltd, NSDL e-Governance, ACC Limited, Ambuja Cements Limited, Bajaj Electricals Limited, Bennett Coleman and Company Limited and few others.

His passion for quality is reflected in the ISO 9000 certification for various processes of the Group's operations. He represented India on the Standards Advisory Council (SAC) of the International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) and also a member of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). He worked with PBAS, an affiliate of IFC Washington, to establish Activity-based costing and Strategic Planning Processes in Polish SMEs.

He is a staunch believer in Corporate Social Responsibility, Governance and in promoting a greener environment.

Dr. Manoj Vaish, brings a wealth of experience of more than 30 years in Financial & Capital Markets. Currently, he is the Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Member, Nomination and Remuneration Committee at GHCL LTD. He is also an Independent Director on the Board of Mirae Asset Trustee Company Private Limited, where he serves as a Member of the Audit Committee. Dr. Vaish is also Chairman of SEBI’s Working Group to Streamline the role and obligations of Trustees of Mutual Funds.

He has also served multiple high-level Committees and Boards, including SEBI's Committee on Corporate Governance (Narayan Murthy Committee), Primary & Secondary Market Advisory Committees, Risk Management Committee, Committee on Delisting of Securities and Working Committees of the World Federation of Exchanges, South Asian Federation of Exchanges and Boards of SBI Securities, BOI etc.

Previously, he has held several leadership positions including Executive Director & CEO, Bombay Stock Exchange Limited; President & CEO, Dun & Bradstreet India; Managing Director & CEO, NSDL Database Management Ltd.; and Managing Director & CEO, MCX Limited. Prior to which he has held several prominent positions with leading MNC banks such as Deutsche Bank & ANZ Grindlays Bank, etc.

After graduating from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Dr. Vaish completed his MBA (Gold Medallist) and PhD from FMS, Delhi University.

Mr. Jyotin Mehta, FCA, FCMA, FCS is the Independent Director and Chairman - Audit Committee, on the Board of Directors of Linde India Limited. He is also an Independent Director on Boards of ICICI Prudential Trust Company Limited, Suryoday Small Finance Bank Ltd., JSW Ispat Special Products Ltd., ICICI Prudential Pension Funds Management Company Limited, Mahindra Rural Housing Finance Limited, Mahindra Insurance Broking Limited, etc.

He has rich experience of over 40 years in the domains of corporate finance, Internal Audit, corporate governance, risk and controls, Company law and legal and regulatory compliance and customer service. A versatile finance professional, he has held leadership positions at the Tata Group, ICICI and Shell group of companies.

A Gold Medallist from Mumbai University, he is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Management Accountant. He is also a visiting faculty at leading management schools in India, including SP Jain Institute of Management Research and Welingkar Institute of Management, and a Mentor and Coach.
